Dave is a renowned Healthcare Executive with over 30-plus years of experience delivering significant commercial business transformations, driving revenue success, and building sustainable leadership teams.

He is a husband, father, and serial change agent – a self-identified “storyteller-in-chief”. Over his thirty plus year career, he’s worked for Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Razorfish Health, among others.

Currently CEO, Health Monitor Network, he has transformed the company from a legacy print media company to an industry-leading, modern, digital marketing platform.

Paragamian holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College as well as an MA in Communications from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

He has been a board member of the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame and continues to be on the faculty of St. Joseph’s University, Haub School of Business where he is an adjunct professor of brand management.

He has also authored numerous publications on branding, advertising, and marketing and been a keynote speaker at several conferences including Med Ad News, Consumer Health Products Association, and the Philadelphia Ad Club.
